Saint Catherine Development
The Saint Catherine development project included several infrastructure and urban development components aimed at supporting tourism and community growth in the area. The project involved the development of Al Zaytouna residential neighbourhood, including 21 residential buildings, a mosque, and a church, along with a service building to support the community. It also included the development of a Bedouin housing area with a nursery, clinic, and mosque, as well as a tourism zone featuring a resort, bazaars, and a social centre. The project further included upgrading the historic city centre and constructing a tourist walkway in Wadi Al Deir to improve access to the Monastery of Saint Catherine.

Terminal 3 – Cairo International Airport
AS Gulf Construction Company participated in the development of Terminal 3 at Cairo International Airport, one of the largest aviation infrastructure projects in the region. The project was completed within nine months and included the construction of the terminal building with a capacity of 15 million passengers annually. The company’s scope of work covered construction work, the installation of electromechanical systems, including air conditioning, lighting, and power distribution, as well as light current systems such as fire alarm and communication networks.

Bedouin Housing Project – Rafah & Sheikh Zuweid
The Bedouin Housing Project was designed to improve living conditions and provide integrated services for Bedouin communities in North Sinai. The project included the planning and construction of residential clusters supported by essential infrastructure networks, including water supply and wastewater systems. Engineering designs and technical calculations were carried out in coordination with the Drinking Water and Sanitation Sector and the National Authority for Drinking Water.

Gaza Strip Redevelopment
AS Gulf Construction Company contributed to the reconstruction and redevelopment of areas affected by conflict in the Gaza Strip. The project included the development of Beit Lahia Corniche, a seaside road stretching 1,774 meters, built to high engineering standards with supporting infrastructure and amenities. The project also included the construction of 117 residential buildings under the Dar Misr projects in the districts of Al Zahraa, Jabalia, and Beit Lahia, in addition to infrastructure works such as electricity networks, communications systems, excavation, and finishing works.

Ville Resort – Sharm El Sheikh
The company was commissioned to develop a luxury hotel and villa complex in Sharm El Sheikh. The project was implemented in two phases. The first phase included the construction of 52 villas with areas ranging from 700 to 2,400 square meters, followed by a second phase that added 102 additional villas. The project reflects the company’s ability to deliver large-scale hospitality developments with high construction standards.
